Kylie Everett

Principal Solicitor

Kylie Everett, was admitted to legal practice in Western Australia in 1990. 

She holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence, Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics degrees from the University of Western Australia. Her areas of interest include wills and succession planning, trusts, estate administration, family law, agricultural law, conveyancing for real estate and businesses, leases, mortgages and general commercial litigation.

She is an accredited family law specialist and her interest in this area of law is complex property settlements in which issues relating to companies, trusts, taxation, superannuation and third party claims are in dispute.

Jane Keeling

Solicitor

Jane Keeling holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia. 

 

Jane was admitted to legal practice in 1998 and she manages our Narrogin office.

 

She takes instructions in family law, wills and succession planning, trusts, estate administration, agricultural law, conveyancing for real estate and businesses, leases, mortgages, general commercial litigation and criminal law.
